Work, and build, anywhere.

Internships, graduate roles and senior moves — locally, abroad or remote — and companies founded, expanded or relocated across borders. One consultant guides every step, from strategy to your first day.

Every stage

Wherever you are in your career.

From a first internship to a leadership appointment — and for the partner who moves too.

01

Internships

Summer, semester and year-long placements abroad — targets, applications, interviews and the permission to work.

02

Graduate roles

Graduate schemes and first jobs in another country, timed around application windows that often open a year ahead.

03

Experienced hires

A move abroad mid-career: positioning your experience for a new market and the employers who value it.

04

Executive & leadership

Senior appointments and relocations handled discreetly, with the family’s move planned alongside the role.

05

Career change & strategy

A new sector, a new function or a new country — a clear strategy before a single application goes out.

06

Partners & returners

Careers for accompanying partners and for professionals returning to work after a break or a move.

Three ways to work

Local, foreign or remote.

The route you choose shapes everything else: your visa, your contract, your tax position and where the family lives.

01

Local hire

You are employed directly by an organisation in the destination country, on local terms. You will usually need your own right to work there — a work visa sponsored by the employer, or a residence status that allows work.

Good fit if you want to build a life and a career in one place.

02

Foreign assignment

Your current employer — or a new one — sends you to an office abroad, often through an assignment or intra-company transfer route. The employer usually leads the immigration process; we make sure the rest of the move keeps pace.

Good fit if your organisation already operates where you want to go.

03

Remote, across borders

You work for an employer in one country while living in another. Some countries offer remote-work or digital-nomad visas; tax and social-security rules depend on where you live and work, so licensed specialists confirm your position.

Good fit if your work travels well and your employer supports it.

How it works

From first idea to first day.

Your consultant builds the plan in your client portal — every milestone, document and deadline — and works through it with you.

01

Discovery & direction

We understand your experience, strengths and ambitions — and the constraints that matter: family, timing, languages and location.

02

Market & route

We compare destinations, sectors and employers, and choose between a local hire, an assignment or remote work.

03

Your materials

A CV or résumé in the format each market expects, cover letters, a LinkedIn profile that works for you, and a portfolio where it helps.

04

Search & applications

A focused list of employers, direct applications, recruiter conversations and introductions — tracked week by week in your portal.

05

Interviews & offers

Preparation for every format — video, case, technical, panel and assessment centre — then a careful look at each offer.

06

Authorisation, move & arrival

Your work authorisation coordinated with our residency practice, then housing, registrations and a confident first ninety days.

What we do

Everything a move needs.

A great role abroad depends on much more than an application. We look after the whole of it.

  • Career strategyWhere your experience is valued, which roles to target and how to tell your story in a new market.
  • CVs & résumésRewritten for each market’s conventions — length, structure, photo, personal details and tone.
  • LinkedInA profile that recruiters in your target country can find and understand at a glance.
  • Interview preparationMock interviews in the formats you will actually meet, with honest, specific feedback.
  • Work authorisationVisas and permits coordinated with Kaitu’s residency practice and licensed immigration lawyers.
  • Relocation & arrivalHousing, schools, registrations and banking — the practical side of starting work in a new country.
One career, many formats

A CV that reads like a local.

Questions

About careers & business.

No. We don’t represent employers or place candidates. We work only for you: strategy, materials, preparation, work authorisation and the move itself — so our advice is never shaped by a vacancy we need to fill.

No one honestly can. Employers make hiring decisions and governments make visa decisions. What we can do is make sure every application you send is as strong, well-timed and well-prepared as it can be.

It depends on where you want to live, your employer’s footprint, your right to work and your long-term plans. We compare the routes with you in your free consultation. Our Journal guide Working abroad: local, foreign or remote is a good place to start.

Yes. Work authorisation is coordinated with Kaitu’s residency practice, and with licensed immigration lawyers wherever the law requires one.

We guide and manage the process, and coordinate with licensed lawyers, accountants and corporate service providers who give legal and tax advice and carry out regulated filings.
