Discretion is one of our founding principles. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you share when booking a consultation: name, contact details, country, interests and goals.
• Information and documents you provide as a client so we can prepare applications on your behalf.
• Messages exchanged with your consultant in the client portal.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as session cookies.

How we use it

Only to provide our services: to prepare for and hold your consultation, build and manage your plan, prepare applications and communicate with you. We never sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the institutions, government authorities and licensed partners (such as lawyers) that your case requires, and only with your knowledge. Payments are processed by Stripe; Kaitu never sees or stores your card details.

Keeping it safe

Documents are exchanged through your private client portal, access is restricted to you and your Kaitu team, and passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to privacy@kaitu.org.
