Kaitu 開途 guides students, families and professionals through admissions, residency and citizenship, careers and business abroad — with one consultant who stays with each family from the first conversation to the first day.
We hire on a rolling basis rather than in fixed rounds. Specific roles are listed on this page when they open, but the right person doesn’t always arrive at the right moment, so this general application is always open.
Who this is for
- Consultants and specialists with real depth in an admissions system, immigration and residency processes, international education, or careers and company formation abroad
- People who support client work and keep a growing practice running: client experience, operations, events, content and communications
- Anyone who shares how we work: honest advice, privacy by default, and care for every family’s plan
Pay
Pay depends on the role and on your experience. When a role has a set range, it’s shown on its listing; for the general application we discuss it openly with you during the process, and you’re welcome to ask about it at any stage.
What happens next
We read every application. If there’s a fit with a role that is open now or opening soon, we’ll invite you to a conversation. If not, we’ll let you know, and we may be in touch if something suitable opens later.

- Clear, careful writing — families rely on what we tell them
- Comfort working with colleagues and clients across time zones

How we hire
- Apply. Choose a role — or the general or internship application — and share your CV and a few words about why Kaitu. You’ll get a private link to follow your application.
- A conversation. A relaxed, two-way video conversation with members of the team: your experience, how you like to work, and your questions for us.
- A practical exercise. A short, realistic piece of the work, so you can show how you think, write and check the details — and see what the job is really like.
- An offer. If it’s a match, we make you an offer and talk it through with you. Then we welcome you to the team.
