Questions
About working at Kaitu.
Yes. We don’t run fixed hiring rounds or deadlines. Specific roles appear on this page when they open, and the general application and the rolling internship application are always open. We read every application.
Much of our work is remote-friendly and planned across time zones. Each listing says whether a role is remote, hybrid or based in a particular city.
Not always — each listing says what a role needs. Many of the families we guide work across languages, so tell us about every language you speak, at whatever level.
Tell us in your application. Whether a visa is needed depends on where you would be based and on that country’s rules, so we discuss it individually. We can’t promise sponsorship for every role or country.
A short, realistic piece of the work, similar to something you’d do in the role, designed to take a few hours at most. There are no trick questions: we want to see how you think, write and check details.
It can be excellent preparation, and interns who do excellent work may be considered for full-time roles through our usual process. We won’t promise a future role — no one honestly can.
Yes. When a role has a set range, it’s shown on the listing. Otherwise pay depends on the role and your experience, and we discuss it openly with you during the process — you’re welcome to ask about it at any stage.
When you apply you get a private link to follow your application, add documents or withdraw. We’ll email you as it moves forward.
We use your application only to consider you for roles at Kaitu. Your CV and documents are stored privately and seen only by our team. You can withdraw at any time, and ask us to delete your application by writing to hello@kaitu.org. See our privacy policy.
