- Real projects. Supervised work that matters to real families: researching schools, universities and programmes, preparing and checking documents, and drafting notes for consultants.
- A mentor. A member of the team who meets with you regularly, reviews your work and helps you set goals for your time with us.
- Rotations. Time with more than one practice — admissions, residency and citizenship, and careers and business — so you see how a whole plan fits together.
- A pathway to full-time. Interns who do excellent work may be considered for full-time roles through our usual process. We won’t promise a future role — no one honestly can.
